Corporate Secretary - Job Description To provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Corporate Team. Previous legal experience is useful but not essential. Specific Responsibilities & Duties: Fast, accurate and good presentation of work including checking of work before presenting it Accurate spelling Good Knowledge of document amendment Ability to make the best use of the computer system and other office equipment Enthusiastic, willing to learn new things Clients: Attending to clients both in person and on the telephone; passing on accurate messages Booking new appointments and travel arrangements. General Responsibilities: Arranging appointments, meetings and marketing initiatives, travel arrangements and maintaining schedules.
