A great opportunity to get involved in all aspects of Corporate Tax work. We deal with both UK and international taxation, including cross-border transactions, flotations, M&As, re-organisations, corporate finance, and venture capital work for a wide range of clients. Expertise in real estate taxes would be a distinct advantage but experience of IP licensing and e-commerce, employment tax and tax on share options would also be of interest. You will report directly to our partner and Head of Corporate Tax.
