This is an exciting opportunity which has arisen with one of the regions largest law firms with 5 offices in key locations, this particular vacancy is in the London office.

They act for a wide range of UK and multi-national clients, including many well-known retail brands, local authorities, government agencies, financial and non-profit organisations. Their client teams are carefully chosen to match their individual requirements.

This opportunity is for a family solicitor/partner to work in the London office. All work undertaken is privately funded. You will be a strong team player with the ability to build strong links both internally and externally. It is anticipated that much of the work will involve complex situations frequently involving substantial assets, trust and taxation issues.

Qualifications and experience required

5+ years PQE specialising in family law including ancillary relief and children
Accredited panel member/specialist
Cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements
Settling divorces
Advising on/resolving financial matters
Dealing with children issues
Collaborative law and mediation would be an advantage
Ability to work autonomously
